Mrs. Surabhii Aplesh Mohan
A social impact leader, artist and entrepreneur, Mrs. Surabhii Aplesh Mohan is committed to making inclusion a reality by creating meaningful platforms and opportunities for specially-abled and underrepresented individuals. Her work uses art, culture, sports, skill development and community engagement to empower individuals, celebrate abilities and promote equal participation.
She is the Founder & Director of Ridaan Array, the Founder of the Sukanya Ram Saxena Foundation—an initiative of Ridaan Array, and the Co-Founder of Anand Cohorts.

Office Bearers
Commander Aplesh Mohan (Retd.)
An alumnus of RIMC, NDA and DSSC, Commander Aplesh Mohan (Retd.) brings years of defence expertise and management experience to the Foundation. As Treasurer, he provides financial oversight, strategic governance and structured planning, helping ensure effective resource management and the sustainable growth of the Foundation’s social initiatives.
Ridhum Mohan
An engineer by profession, Ridhum Mohan brings a strategic and structured approach to the Foundation. As Secretary, he provides strategic planning and organisational support, coordinates official Foundation affairs, supports compliance and documentation, and drives project communication across our community outreach programmes.
His focus on planning and coordination helps turn ideas into organised action and meaningful impact.
Advisory
Mr. Shubham Saxena
With over 17 years of experience in investment banking, Mr. Shubham Saxena brings strong strategic and financial expertise to the Foundation. He is also the Co-Founder of Ridaan Array and the Founder of Anan Cohorts.
As Advisory and Co-Founder, he plays a key role in shaping the Foundation’s strategic direction, guiding programme development, inclusive campaign strategy, institutional growth and the expansion of public-private partnerships to create meaningful and sustainable social impact.

Mr. Sanjai Kumar
A retired banker by profession, Mr. Sanjai Kumar brings with him years of valuable experience, financial expertise and insightful perspective. As a Board Member, he provides strategic guidance and valuable inputs to the Sukanya Ram Saxena Foundation, helping strengthen its vision and support its journey towards meaningful social impact.
Mrs. Shashi Prabha
A homemaker and retired teacher, Mrs. Shashi Prabha brings valuable experience, perspective and thoughtful guidance to the Sukanya Ram Saxena Foundation. Her understanding of education, family and community adds a grounded and compassionate voice to the Foundation’s initiatives and social vision.
Mr. Tanmay Divekar
A photographer and digital media professional, Mr. Tanmay Divekar brings his creative expertise and understanding of digital platforms to the Sukanya Ram Saxena Foundation. As a Board Member, he contributes valuable insights into marketing strategy, digital communication and media outreach, helping strengthen the Foundation’s visibility and reach.
